Ryan is the Lead Listing Agent and owner of The Anderson Group. He is first and foremost on a mission to help transform the lives and well being of homeowners in Colorado. He has helped thousands of happy homeowners and families throughout the country, but namely in Colorado since 2004. He has two amazing children and is married to an unbelievable wife. He enjoys supporting the Lacrosse community as a part time Lacrosse coach and proud Official Realtor for the Denver Outlaws professional Lacrosse team. He also loves volunteering as a grief support guide at Judi's House, (judishouse.org) which is a non-profit organization helping kids who are grieving the loss of a family member or loved one. Most of all he is on this Earth to help lives breathe easier through his service in running a world class real estate company and family, making sure that at least one person, per day, is felt like they matter and they are loved.
ANNEMARIE ANDERSON, Co-Owner
AnneMarie brings 25 years of Real Estate and Sales/Customer Service background. After working nine years in New York City with Fortune 500 companies, she learned a thing or two about operations management and company culture. She is a master communicator and a witty conversationalist. AnneMarie thoroughly enjoys the art of building systems and marketing strategies. She is a wizard with negotiating highly complicated scenarios, so that the complex becomes simple and clear. In addition to functioning as the co-owner of the Anderson Group, she helps raise their two children, Ginger and Grant. She loves to write, travel and spend time with family. Without her insight, vision and stewardship the Anderson Group would be up the creek without a paddle!
NATHAN CRUMB, Buyer Agent

Early in his career, Nathan was a police officer in The Vail Valley and then went into the hospitality industry, working for the Ritz-Carlton. He understands the virtue of “service to others”. Nathan, a native of Colorado, grew up playing many sports including football and track; he is still an avid runner. His main talent is being able to use that competitive athlete in him to go hunt and negotiate the perfect home for you. He is married and a father of 2. VICTORIA LONG, Transaction Coordinator
Victoria is a part of our foundation. She ensures our clients' needs and expectations are fully met from start to finish. From handling transactions to daily operations, Victoria brings a lot of talents to our team and has the ability to wear multiple hats at once. She has vast real estate knowledge and client expertise that she brings to our team. In her off time, Victoria enjoys the outdoor actives Colorado has to offer as well as spending time with her dog.

Brian spent most of his life working in Customer Service. Finding what clients need and making sure that all needs are met has always been a priority for him. Brian was in the military for 2 years but found that he felt much more personal satisfaction directly helping people in the private sector. Real estate is a very personal thing, as it is to most people, more than an investment; it is part of the family. A home keeps you together, and stores within it all your hopes and dreams.
